Through the years Interliaise acquired knowledge and expertise concerning the development and management of international ICT-enabled innovation partnerships. Interliaise is a partner of the Dutch Ministry of Cooperation Developments matchmaking program since 2008.

Interliaise is an adept in five thematic areas in Internet Governance: Infrastructure and Standardization, Legal, Economic, Sociocultural, and Development, with an expertise in the domain of African regional and national ICT-policy and strategic plans.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as guidance
Interliaise applies the guidelines of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which function as recommendations for Corporate Social Responsibility and make clear what conduct governments expect from companies.
